Shirley Terrell is the Intranet Manager for CFA Institute. For the past nine years, she has worked in Internal Communications with the primary responsibility to strategically plan intranet system developments while liaising with key internal stakeholders. She has been successful in change management with the vital migration of the organization’s intranet from SharePoint 2007 to Office 365.  Shirley holds a Masters in Leadership and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
